Leicester City’s League One match against Bradford City at King Power Stadium on Saturday 14 November has been postponed because of international call-ups for Leicester players.
The game was due to kick off at 3pm. Leicester City will announce the rearranged date on its website and official app. The club has said that tickets already bought for a postponed fixture will remain valid for the rearranged match.
League One fixtures continue during international breaks, unlike those in the Premier League and Championship. EFL rules allow clubs to ask for a postponement if at least three qualifying players are called up for international duty. The request must be approved before a fixture can be moved.
Leicester had already announced two other league postponements because of international call-ups: the home match against Wigan Athletic on Saturday 26 September and the trip to Blackpool on Saturday 3 October.
Bradford’s next league match is at home to Doncaster Rovers on 21 November.
Bradford have visited King Power Stadium only once before, in September 2002, when it was called Walkers Stadium. Leicester won that second-tier match 4-0.
